What does a caregiver do if a task is listed incorrectly (i.e. wrong date or no longer needed) in Mobile Edge?

The caregiver would select "not complete" and initially use the reason "other reported to supervisor". The caregiver will add a comment to explain how the task needs to be updated (eg "task only MWF" or "every other day" or "AM only") and the nurse will update.

It may take up until the next recertification date to update the tasks, so once the caregiver has commented on the correction for a specific task, they will select "Client or Patient Refused" as the reason and are not required to add additional comments.
